Envoy Seeks Ousted Honduran President’s Return
TEGUCIGALPA, Honduras — Some of those who played behind-the-scenes roles in the ouster of the Honduran president told a top diplomat trying to resolve the country’s political crisis on Friday that they stood by their actions and would not permit Manuel Zelaya to return to office.
