Physical, beloging to earth, Time/Space bondage, dreams only physical, no travel, we are unaware of our body, only in pain we become aware of the part. We know from outside only, we must know the body from inside, ugliness belongs to the outer not the inner, no one feels ugly from inside, collective conciousness might force it, fashion belongs to outer, love belongs to the inner, awareness of body from inside opens the door for the outside of the next layer.

Hatha yoga starts on the first body Etherial, beloging to sky/space, Dense Fog, same shape, travel in dreams, freedom from space, perfumes, colors or mantra, visions, if mantra doesn’t put you to sleep you will know the real etherial body. Second body remains alive 13 days after the death of the first body, no gravity, out of body journey possible due to this, hypnosis works with this not the first, no doubt, no questions in this state, only acceptance, that is why hypnosis works, first year medical students feel sick with whatever they are studying, labor pains belong to this body, Mantra Yoga starts with the second Astral, called collective unconscious, atomic/minute, Hazy fog, vapor like, same size, past life travel, dreams can get mixed up between various bodies, symbology unique for a body, knowing the real astral body will drop the fear of death.

Bhakti yoga starts with third Mental, same size, up to this level movement is in horizontal plane, slightly easier than the next level which is vetical in nature, travels to past and future but your own, fasting, loneliness, darkness can create dreams at mental level, danger of projections is most accute here. Beyond this no individual mind exists rather a collective/cosmic mind takes over. Greatest pitfall for all seekers. Real and unreal look exactly same. Raja yoga starts with fourth.

Spiritual, time/space transcended, become part of eternity, aware of past of all there is, myths about creation came from this level, two people at this stage can have the same dream, visions are completely realistic as they are reflections of the reality. Mirror is created through memories of the Guru words. One must accept the complete aloneness here . Energy flows upward not toward sex center.

Bindi was supposed to be a reminder for the change in direction of energy, tilak has the same significance, Sheesh Asan has been used as a practice for changing the direction, Mirrer gazing at the third eye, without transcending first 4 can cause lot of problems, like split personalities. Fire was used as a symble for going upward.

A completely cristallized ego upto this point, highest state of individual achievement Cosmic, Very difficult stage, only question is “to be or not to be” Ego must dissolve at this level which is non-ego, no divisions, just merged into the cosmic existance, but positive blissfullness exists, no flower in body form, just the perfume, no awareness of mind/body or conscious/uncon, pure energy, awareness without the object, every atom is alive, theories about the creator belongs here, great religions created here, here the dreamer is no more, only dream exists, very blissful and positive, no method can be used here since all methods belong to mind, just pure witnessing, just being and watching. Nirvanic awareness of nothingness, infinite, no dream, no dreamer, just isness, seeing nothingness, its reflection, or dreaming of nothingness is same, no methods here either, pure grace is needed here. Just being in cosmic state nirvanic might happen. Closer to the center, gaps between the realities keeps on narrowing like a spoke of a wheel, to know the reality, one must be completely awake in that dimension.
